Would you please listen?

We should scream louder. Too much to angry.

Around the world. Around the fucking world. Things are happening and we can’t stop them.

I do scream when I saw the news about victims of shooting in Wamena. I do believe I’m not the only one.

Things are happening and we can’t stop them. We, as a human, as a vulnerable being, are allowed to feel, say, express things as we are. It is now time to say that we had enough. We’re so done.

I’m pretty much remember that The 1975’s song, I Like America & America Likes Me is all about gun laws, adressed to the council purposely to critics them since too many mass shooting happening.

Guess I, do, receive their anger and feels like I can relate to them in some ways.

It’s about the council who don’t listen to what has been spoken by the young people. The young who always get the pressure of, “Say something! Make something!”

F them all.

Now is not the time for speaking politely or focusing on what we can or cannot say. Now is the time to speak clearly.

So everyone out there, it is not the time to think of what we can, or cannot say. It is now time to civil disobedience

- Greta Thunberg, as spoken in The 1975 — Notes on A Conditional Form
